Writing
I am an award-winning author of three books, one co-edited volume, and more than 20 peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters, as well as policy briefs, research reports, and public-facing scholarship. My personal writing draws on my work as an anthropologist, in which I collaborate with academics and organizers on research, policy, and capacity-building.
I am especially driven to support the writing projects of PhD students, junior academics, and community organizations.
As a writing coach, I will work with you on every stage of your writing project, from conceptualization and organization to production and dissemination. I will help you identify your goals, organize your project, hone your voice as an author, edit your writing, respond to feedback, and publish strategically.
As a writer, I specialize in grant proposals, research proposals, research reports, organizational reports, research articles, and book manuscripts.
